Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).

  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.

  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and reporting.

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking with a passion for jewelry and lifestyle content.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
